Confirmations before upload
The user must confirm adult age, rights to the media, no minors, and no real person in a sexual context. A checkbox alone is insufficient for high-risk operations; server-side moderation must inspect files and violation history.
Required technical controls
The backend should reject public figures, indications of minors, repeat violations, and evasion attempts; log only necessary moderation decisions; and support appeals.
Reports and rapid removal
Report Abuse should accept a permanent media identifier, quickly restrict clearly prohibited material, and retain a minimal review log.
